Amigo Club

Offical Rules

All individuals must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to participate in the Amigo Card Program.
Photo identification, acceptable to Fiesta Casinos, will be required for membership registration, point redemptions and for obtaining any information on an Amigo Card account.
Only Members listed on an Amigo account may receive account information or engage in any transaction(s) relating to the Amigo account.
Amigo Card Program cards, points, and awards are not transferable.
Amigo Card Program points are earned by Members in accordance with their gaming activity and vary depending on the model of gaming device played, or if applicable, select live games play. Fiesta Casinos may revise the method for earning points at its discretion. The current schedule for earning points is available at each property’s Amigo Club.
Points may be redeemed at Palace Station, Boulder Station, Texas Station, Sunset Station, Santa Fe Station, Green Valley Ranch, Red Rock Casino, Fiesta-Rancho Hotel & Casino, Fiesta-Henderson Hotel & Casino, Barley’s Casino & Brewing Company, Wild Wild West Gambling Hall & Hotel, Wild Fire Casino, Gold Rush Casino, Magic Star and The Greens for services explained in these rules. Does not include Thunder Valley Casino.
Points are redeemable for thirteen (13) months from the date they were earned and thereafter automatically expire and are unavailable for redemption. All points in an account that have not been redeemed will be deleted if no activity has occurred on that account for a period of thirteen (13) months. Fiesta Casinos may change this criterion at its discretion.
The Amigo Card must be inserted in the machine’s card reader to record play and earn points. Card bezel must be solid green to accurately record points. If the card reader displays “please re-insert,” the reader is no longer recording machine play. The card must then be removed and re-inserted to work properly.
If available at a property, Members may earn points based on live game’s play such as live bingo, race and sports, and poker. Amigo Card must be presented to a supervisor prior to live game’s play or wager. Please visit each property’s Amigo Club for details and availability. Amigo Club points are not awarded for casino pit games play; however, at the sole discretion of each property, comps may be issued. Amigo Card may be required for player tracking at casino pit games; please see each property’s casino pit games supervisor for details on its comp program, if available.
Amigo Card account discrepancies should be immediately reported to Fiesta Casinos to be eligible for reconsideration.
Each Member of a joint account will be issued an individual Amigo Card Program card and number. However, all Members on a joint account may modify any joint account data. Visit the Amigo Club for additional joint account details.
Any misuse of the card or improper play as determined by Fiesta Casinos in its sole discretion will result in forfeiture of all Amigo Card account accumulated points, Fiesta Bucks and Fiesta Vouchers and may result in the cancellation of Member(s) participation in Amigo Club Program.
Amigo Club Members who have been issued credit by Fiesta Casinos and are delinquent in re-payment of that credit, and/or Amigo Club Members who have had a check(s) cashed at Fiesta Casinos which has been returned for non-payment, shall have all their Amigo Club account accumulated points, Fiesta Bucks and Fiesta Vouchers, forfeited until all discrepancies have been remedied to the satisfaction of Fiesta Casinos in its sole discretion.
Amigo Club Program points may be redeemed for Amigo Club Vouchers or Fiesta Bucks. The number of points required to receive goods and services are delineated on the Fiesta Redemption Menu, which is available at the Amigo Club. One (1) Fiesta Bucks represents six-hundred (600) or one thousand (1000) Amigo Club points redeemed. This ratio may be revised by Fiesta Casinos at its discretion. Fiesta Bucks may be used to acquire the equivalent dollar value in goods and services throughout the Station Casinos facilities. In addition, Fiesta Bucks may be used to acquire Bingo Cards. Fiesta Bucks may not be used for wagering in any other live game or gaming device.

- This is only different with AmgioPlay. Points may not be usedfrom Station properties other than where it is being redeemed for AmgioPlay.
Amigo Club Vouchers and Fiesta Bucks have no cash value and United States currency/coin and casino chips/tokens will not be issued in lieu thereof.
If applicable, expiration dates will be printed on Amigo Club Vouchers or Fiesta Bucks when issued.
Amigo Club Members should notify Fiesta Casinos of any name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number changes in order to continue to receive information on Amigo Club Program offers, bonuses, party invitations or other Amigo Club Program events.
Fiesta Casinos reserves the right to deny an application to participate in the Amigo Club Program or revoke an Amigo Club Member’s card at any time in its sole discretion.
Participation in this promotion constitutes Amigo Club Member’s agreement to abide by the Official Rules of the Amigo Club Program and the decisions of Fiesta Casinos.
Any and all applicable taxes relating to the Amigo Club Member receiving any awards is the sole responsibility of the Member.
Fiesta Casinos will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these Official Rules and that decision shall be final and binding.
Any Amigo Card, Amigo Card voucher or Fiesta Buck that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with, mechanically reproduced, is illegible, or has been obtained by any means other than pursuant to these Official Rules is automatically void. In addition, Fiesta Casinos reserves the right to void any Amigo Card, Amigo Card voucher or Fiesta Buck at any time in its sole discretion.
Fiesta Casinos may introduce other promotions that operate in association with the Amigo Card Program. All rules, conditions and procedures for these promotions will be detailed in the Official Rules of each specific associated promotion.
Any rule or procedure relating to the Amigo Club Program may be changed, modified or cancelled by Fiesta Casinos at any time in its sole discretion.

Amigo Club Rewards Level Structure

Based upon the number of Amigo Club points earned during specific time periods, Members may also be eligible for additional awards as determined by the Amigo Club Rewards Level Structure. Earning more points will qualify the Member to reach higher levels.
Amigo Club Rewards Level Structure point and time requirements will be available at each properties’ Amigo Club. Upon attaining a reward level a designated Amigo Card will be available to the Member. Current status levels are Compadre, Macho & El Presidente.
Amigo Card point multiplier offers and other Amigo Card point adjustment offers will not be counted towards the Amigo Card Rewards Level Structure.
Attaining an Amigo Card Rewards Level provides additional Amigo Card Program offers and benefits to the Member. These offers and benefits may be modified, changed, added, deleted or cancelled by Fiesta Casinos at its discretion. Please visit any Fiesta Casinos Amigo Club for a description of current Amigo Club Rewards Level Structure offers and benefits.
Offers and benefits can only be redeemed by presenting the applicable color-coded Amigo Card Rewards Level Card along with identification acceptable by Fiesta Casinos at time of redemption.

Fiesta 50 Distinction

Amigo Club Members presenting identification acceptable by Fiesta Casinos indicating their age to be 50 years or greater are eligible for the 50+ program.
The 50+ program provides additional Amigo Club offers and benefits to the Member. These offers and benefits may be modified, changed, added, deleted or cancelled by Fiesta Casinos at its discretion. Please visit any Fiesta Casinos Amigo Club for a description of current F50+ offers and benefits.
